This role involves designing, building, and deploying machine learning models while working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams. Accountabilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and systems to address complex business challenges
Transform data science prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions
Research and apply appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient data pipelines and integrate ML applications into products
Run experiments, perform statistical analysis, and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and reliability
Monitor deployed models and iterate to continuously improve results
Stay current with emerging ML techniques and proactively identify opportunities to apply them
Requirements
2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
At least one year of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)
Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
Experience handling large datasets and building scalable ML solutions
Familiarity with front-end development to support ML applications
Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on ML and AI advancements
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
