Our client, a top-ranked Am Law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal to join its Boston office. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a hands-on, visible role in high-stakes patent and IP litigation for some of the world’s most innovative companies.

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside nationally recognized IP litigators on complex cases that shape the future of technology and innovation. The position offers meaningful responsibility from day one — managing discovery, coordinating experts, supporting trial teams, and ensuring flawless execution at every stage of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of patent and IP litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation and attendance.
Oversee document production, privilege logs, and litigation databases (Relativity, Case Notebook, TrialDirector).
Prepare and file pleadings, briefs, and exhibits in federal court; perform cite checking, blue-booking, and electronic filings.
Conduct factual and legal research, draft case summaries, and develop timelines and reports for attorney review.
Liaise closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors to ensure effective communication and case flow.
Assist with all aspects of trial logistics, including exhibit management, witness prep, and courtroom setup.
Stay current with federal and ITC procedures, court rules, and evolving litigation technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years of IP litigation experience, ideally within patent or complex commercial disputes.
Knowledge of USPTO and ITC procedures preferred but not required.
Proficiency with litigation technology platforms (Relativity, Case Notebook, TrialDirector, DeskSite).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

What’s Offered

Hybrid schedule: approx. 60% in-office / 40% remote.
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
High visibility and direct attorney interaction within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
