My client, a global bank is looking for a Technical Programme Manager on a 6-12 months (rolling) contract basis. This person will be managing the technical delivery of software and application development across multiple projects and workflows, focusing on the product side in-between the business and technical teams. The candidate will be road mapping, feeding into requirements, pushing back at TPM level, and working closely with Stakeholders and technical teams to drive projects:
Technical Programme Management - 5+ years of experience - Need to have managed and delivered multiple programmes, products and work streams within application development at any given time ie managing 5+ projects or programmes
Stakeholder Management - Planning and managing expectations of business and able to drive projects and push things through
Experience with managing and understanding software development and application products and projects, to be able to talk technical with technical teams, and non-technical to Stakeholders. Ideally candidate would have been a Software Developer that has moved into a PM role
Financial Services experience needed
- 2 Step Interview
- Hybrid, 3 days in office a week
