Our Teacher CPD Academy and in-person workshops are already used by hundreds of schools across the UK, and with 200% growth forecast this year, we’re scaling fast.

We’re now looking for a driven, ambitious Account Executive to join our London team and help take InnerDrive to the next level.

The Role

You’ll own a list of target schools based on our ICP, and using a combination of smart outreach, data insights, and consultative selling you'll start conversations that turn into lasting partnerships. You’ll be selling something that actually matters - helping schools improve teaching and learning - while developing your craft in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

What you’ll do:

Build relationships and drive engagement with a targeted list of UK schools
Use a mix of email, phone, and LinkedIn to create qualified opportunities
Deliver high-impact demos and consultations with school leaders
Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed deal
Track activity, conversion rates, and insights in our CRM
Help refine our playbooks, messaging, and process as we scale

About You

You’ll fit right in if you:

Have 1+ years in outbound SaaS or B2B sales (EdTech experience a bonus)
Are competitive, proactive, and love seeing results you can measure
Are consultative and curious - you listen before you pitch
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in a start-up environment: fast-moving, high-growth, and full of opportunity
Care about making an impact in education as much as making commission
