Job Specifications

We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to join FullSphere, a small but rapidly growing digital agency.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of web development, from building clean, scalable websites to optimising performance and workflows. This is a hands-on role working across a range of client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimise custom WordPress websites
Build front-end layouts using Tailwind CSS and JavaScript
Implement back-end logic and functionality in PHP
Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Ensure websites meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and security
Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect, maintainable builds

Tech Stack

Languages: PHP, JavaScript
Frameworks & Tools: Tailwind CSS, WordPress, ACF, Timber (not essential)
Other Tools: Git, Composer, NPM, modern build tools

Experience & Skills

2 years’ experience in web development, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and modern front-end development.
Experience creating custom themes and plugins from scratch.
Solid grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimisation.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
