We're looking for passionate team members to help design, build, and scale the core systems and keep our operations running smoothly in a high-pressure, high-impact environment. Build & maintain software: Write, test, and debug code for apps, services, or internal tools.
Work from specs: Take requirements from product/PM/design and turn them into working features.
Collaborate with others: Pair with other devs, talk through solutions, do code reviews, and participate in standups/sprint planning.
Own quality: Write tests, fix bugs, refactor messy parts, and help keep performance, reliability, and security in good shape.
Continuous improvement: Learn new tools/tech, suggest improvements to architecture/process, and help keep the codebase maintainable over time.
