Business Analyst – Intapp Implementation – Contract - £500 per day

My Legal client is looking for a Business Analyst to work on the implementation of their Intapp system.

Key Deliverables:

- Document and/or amend outstanding business processes for all Intapp modules, including obtaining stakeholder approval.

- Review Harbor Intake configuration documents to ensure that all requirements are properly included.

- Address any queries from developers regarding data capture and workflows.

- Collaborate closely with Test teams to assist with test collateral, test execution, and defect resolution.

- Resolve actions stemming from detailed design sessions (Intake module).

- Engage with the business to identify and document reporting requirements.

- Coordinate with IT to identify and document post-live support processes for all Intapp modules.

- Consolidate and document the notifications and monitoring rules required for OGC, International, and Finance.

Essential Skills:

- Proven track record in Intapp implementations, including Intake, Conflicts, Information Barriers, and Terms.

- Experience outside the legal industry is essential.

- Transformational experience is crucial due to the nature of the programme.

- Capacity for independent thinking is required to maintain an unbiased perspective across the change programme.

- Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills to drive out scope details, opportunities, and efficiencies aligned with the programme's core objectives.

- Experience managing stakeholders at a senior level.

- Proficiency in presenting and reporting at the executive level, ensuring all deliverables are clear, concise, and devoid of ambiguity.

- Creative thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.
