Role: LLM Software Developers – Professional, Scientific & Technical Services

Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Rate: $70 - $90 per hour

Availability: 20-30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST time zone

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Software Developers to join a project that helps evaluate and enhance AI systems. Use your programming and software engineering skills to explore how AI can improve software reasoning, coding accuracy, and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning
Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles
Collaborate with researchers to refine AI’s understanding of code generation, problem-solving, and real-world development workflows

Skills & Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer
Strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go
Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain code logic clearly
No prior AI experience required; training provided
