Scorecard Investigator (Bilingual — English/French)

Toronto, ON (Hybrid — 3–4 days/week onsite)

⏳ 12-month contract (extendable)

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

We’re hiring a Bilingual Scorecard Investigator to support internal investigation requests related to branch network performance. In this role, you’ll analyze data using SQL, apply bank policies, and resolve case inquiries received from Salesforce users across Canada. You’ll manage 10–15 investigations daily, collaborate with internal partners, and help ensure cases are closed within SLA.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bilingual in English & French
1–2 years experience (banking/finance preferred)
Intermediate SQL (SAS is a plus)
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with investigation or case management work
Exposure to Salesforce or dashboard case queues
Understanding of industry terminology
Experience with standardized templates and policy-driven workflows
