We are looking for a hands-on digital all-rounder to join our team and take ownership of digital projects and communications for our clients. This role blends strategy and implementation. You’ll craft digital strategies, manage websites, create content, run reports, and coordinate with clients and our internal team to deliver measurable impact .

What we're looking for

Your responsibilities:

Craft and support digital strategies — from defining goals and KPIs to improving reach, visibility, and engagement
Manage and coordinate digital projects for multiple clients, ensuring smooth planning and delivery
Write and edit clear, engaging content for websites, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns
Manage social media content and scheduling, and support community engagement for some of our customers
Take ownership of analytics and reporting: website performance, campaign tracking, SEO and audience insights
Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports for clients
Maintain, update and continuously improve websites (WordPress), ensuring content accuracy, performance, SEO and GEO
Keep an eye on digital trends, tools, and best practices to propose improvements

Your qualities:

You’re comfortable with digital analytics and reporting
You have solid copywriting skills in English
You have strong organisational skills and are able to manage multiple projects at once
You have hands-on knowledge on SEO best practices
You’re comfortable turning insights into action
You have a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently within an experienced team
You’re an enthusiastic, kind and empathic person by nature
You’re a team player with a customer-centric mindset and a good sense of humor

You get bonus points if you

have agency/consultancy experience
have experience working with WordPress, design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) and/or have video editing skills
have experience working in sustainability
have experience working in the fashion/textile space
are also fluent in Dutch, French and/or Spanish
have a strong willingness to continuously learn
