Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales and Business Development based in the United Kingdom and across Euopre with flexibility for some remote work. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities. The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead and mentor the sales team, collaborate with other departments to align business objectives, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include building lasting customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to lead a team and drive business growth.
Proven experience in Analytical Skills and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Expertise in Account Management to foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Well-developed Team Management skills to mentor, supervise, and empower a high-performing sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of the fitness equipment market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving business development targets.
