Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team within a leading financial services organisation. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone with a background in the finance sector who is eager to develop their analytical and stakeholder management skills in a supportive and collaborative environment

Salary - £46,000 per annum

Location - Bristol - 3 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities

Support the analysis and documentation of current and future business processes
Assist in the developing of small business change cases, functional specifications and other project documentation
Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles
Support the continuous improvement of BA practices and standards within the organisation

About You

Ideally you will have experiences of working within a financial services organisation
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
1-2 years of Business Analyst experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with confidence in working with colleagues across different departments and levels
A proactive approach, with willingness to learn and develop within the business analysis discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc)
