About Our Client

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, engineering-focused startup based out of California that is building the platform every software engineer starts and ends their day in. Their customers are large engineering teams who rely on this platform for critical workflows—incident response, code review, and data analysis.

The startup has raised $25 million from top-tier investors (like 8VC, Ex-Stripe folks) and is taking an ambitious approach to a massive market. At this stage, they are looking to hire a kickass Frontend Engineer who can build things with the team ground up.

Please note: This role is open only to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders

About You

You have strong experience building complex, interactive web applications using modern frameworks.
You are highly skilled in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, and can architect scalable, performant frontend systems.
You understand frontend state management (React hooks, context, or advanced patterns) and can design for real-time data streaming and complex coordination.
You know enough about backend systems to work effectively with APIs, debug using browser DevTools, and optimize data flows.
You have a keen eye for UI/UX design, ensuring interfaces are both intuitive and visually polished.
You thrive in environments where ownership is high, decisions are data-driven, and iteration is fast.
Preferred: Background from premier colleges or experience at YC-backed startups.
