Python Automation Test Engineer (API, Microservices & LLM Validation)

Location: Stratford, London, UK (Hybrid – 40% onsite)

Are you passionate about building robust automation frameworks and validating cutting-edge AI workflows? Join our DevSecOps team and help shape the future of intelligent backend systems powered by AWS Bedrock.

What You’ll Do

Design and maintain automated test suites using PyTest, Behave (BDD), Robot Framework, Selenium.
Implement API automation for RESTful services built with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Validate LLM-driven workflows and model responses through data-driven test cases.
Develop mock services and test harnesses for AWS and microservice interactions.
Automate validation of AWS components: Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, OpenSearch, Kendra, DynamoDB.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Support performance, regression, and integration testing across distributed systems.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Python programming skills for test automation.
Hands-on experience with API testing, data-driven testing, and integration testing.
Familiarity with AWS services and LLM/AI pipeline testing.
Experience with BDD frameworks and structured test case design.
Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and error handling in automated tests.

Nice to Have

Performance testing tools (Locust, JMeter, k6).
Microservices architecture and container-based testing (Docker, ECS).
Exposure to Bedrock model orchestration and prompt engineering validation.
