We’re looking for a Security Architect to join our client’s organization and play a key role in shaping and strengthening its cybersecurity posture. In this strategic position, you will translate security vision into concrete, resilient technical solutions across a complex environment combining IT, OT, cloud, and network infrastructures. This is a high-impact role for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of security strategy, architecture, and operational reality.
Role & Responsibilities
As Security Architect, you will design, govern, and continuously evolve the global security architecture. Your responsibilities will span architecture, risk management, compliance, and advisory activities, including:
Designing and maintaining a coherent and scalable security architecture based on Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles
Defining architectural standards, models, and guidelines in line with strategic objectives
Integrating security domains such as network, cloud, IT/OT, identity and access management, cryptography, and data protection into a unified vision
Supporting architecture governance through security intake processes and architecture committees
Performing technical and architectural risk assessments on systems, projects, and platforms
Identifying threats and vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation measures
Maintaining a consolidated view of security risks across environments (including ERP, IT/OT, cloud, data, and AI usage)
Contributing to the definition and evolution of technical security standards and governance frameworks
Ensuring alignment with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, CyFun)
Advising project teams during design, procurement, and solution analysis phases
Supporting strategic initiatives such as identity management, detection and response capabilities, cryptography, and resilience
Monitoring emerging threats, technologies, and regulations and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Profile
You bring deep technical and architectural expertise within complex and hybrid environments. You also demonstrate:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s strongly preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in a security architecture role within large-scale or critical environments
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulations
Broad technical experience across several of the following domains:
Network security, segmentation, Zero Trust, and cloud security
Identity and Access Management (IAM, IGA, PAM, federation, provisioning)
Secure ERP integrations
Cryptography, PKI, and authentication mechanisms
SOC technologies, SIEM/XDR, logging, and monitoring
Secure use of AI and generative technologies
Architecture modeling frameworks such as Archimate
Professional certifications are a strong plus, especially CISSP; other recognized certifications such as CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or SABSA are appreciated
