Want to join a successful Scottish employer as they build an entire new software function from the ground up.

Based in Glasgow this will provide various opportunities for engineers working within a nextjs/react/js/postgress stack the opportunity to build an engineering team from scratch, bringing external workload in-house for a global employer in the health-tech industries.

First up - we are hiring for 2 senior/lead engineers, working in full stack reactjs/nextjs/postgress. My aim is one lead frontend and one lead backend engineer who can complement each other.

Then the goal is 4 senior level "t-shaped" engineers who will work alongside.

Then another couple of mid level engineers who will have huge amounts of support and mentoring capability to fast tack their tech careers.

The goal is AI augmentation on this one again - a team that arent afraid of AI tools and are keen to embrace agentic AI to complement their skills, while ensuring the are building product led, clean scalable code.
