A rapidly growing boutique AI management consulting and software implementation firm is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant to join their dynamic team.

The firm focuses on delivering digital transformation programs backed by intelligent automation solutions which include, RPA, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, machine learning and AI solutions.

This is a Business Analyst role, with high client interaction, designed for an individual with a strong analytical background and the drive to excel in a full spectrum of client activities such as automation pipeline development, process mapping, process analysis, outbound sales campaign management, and sales reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will be someone who sees improvement opportunities in everything they do, who is organized and understands the value of data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of work experience in a business analyst role, sales, analytics, consulting or a similar analyst role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, and other CRM or business analytics tools is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable plans.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
