Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer
Location: Chicago, IL- Onsite

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Builder, user access/security, and integration with Salesforce core clouds.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Experience Cloud (Community) portals for customers, partners, and internal users.
Build custom pages, components, and UX flows using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Configure and customize Experience Builder, templates, themes, navigation, and branding.
Implement and optimize page layouts, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets specific to Experience Cloud users.
Develop secure, scalable integrations between Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
Customize community user registration, login, self-service functionality, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth, Guest User configuration).
Work closely with architects, admins, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to community access, performance, and component behavior.
Ensure best practices in data visibility, performance, governance, and security.
Develop reusable components and documentation to support Experience Cloud features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 2 3 years working specifically on Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, REST/SOAP APIs
SOQL, SOSL, Governor Limits
Experience Builder & Community Templates
Experience configuring profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing and visibility for external users.
Strong understanding of Guest User access, login flows, and authentication.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salesforce certifications preferred:
Experience Cloud Consultant
