Job Title: T24 Production Support Specialist

Rate Range: Up to 600 GBP/Day

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at Canary Wharf or Holborn)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (extension based on performance)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced T24 Production Support Specialist with 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Temenos T24 core banking systems. This role requires deep functional and technical understanding of T24 modules, solid production support expertise, and the ability to work directly with business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production issues, reviewing logs, coordinating with development teams, supporting COB activities, and ensuring seamless banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end production support across various T24 modules used in retail and commercial banking.
Analyze production issues, service requests, logs, and incident tickets; identify root causes and deliver resolutions.
Coordinate with development teams for fixes, testing, and deployments across lower environments.
Support COB activities, troubleshoot COB issues, and participate in on-call/night rota and weekend support when required.
Ensure all tickets are resolved within SLA with no escalations.
Work from office during UK shift as required (client office 1 day + Infosys office 1 day).
Guide junior team members and share best practices.
Maintain adherence to infosec guidelines and operational standards.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and provide proactive updates.

Must-Have Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking Application
Strong understanding of architecture, workflows, and T24 Core Modules:
CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL, Teller, AA Loans, AA Deposits, Lending & Mortgage, and UK Payment Schemes.
Ability to analyze and resolve production issues independently.
Strong experience working in Agile environments.
Experience managing stakeholders and the ability to lead small teams when required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Willingness to:
Work onsite 2 days a week
Participate in night on-call rota and weekend support

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with integration and administration of:
IBM WebSphere MQ
IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
Radware Load Balancers
Ability to recommend improvements to existing T24 business and technical processes.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Contribute to the development of T24 solution standards, architectural frameworks, and continuous improvements.
