Job Specifications

We're looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong, practical experience across the Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power FX, and Dataverse, along with integrations using Azure services and modern CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support end-to-end solutions across the Power Platform, including: Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate (cloud flows), Power FX and Dataverse customizations
Work confidently with solution layering and manage solution versions across environments.
Build and integrate components using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and related Azure services.
Contribute to environment strategy, ALM processes, and solution deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Support governance and platform best practices; familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) is an advantage but not essential.
Collaborate with distributed teams and work effectively in U.S. business hours.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically:
Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate and Power FX (advanced proficiency)
Solid understanding of ALM concepts, managed solutions, and version control.
Experience with Azure integrations, especially Logic Apps and FinOps.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Ability to troubleshoot complex solution dependencies and manage multi-layered environments.
Fluent English and ability to work fully remotely in U.S. time zones.
