The project is extremely ambitious, and this is just the beginning! In this context of hypergrowth, my client is currently hiring several Engineers with key responsibilities:

Developing new features
Defining the roadmap and requirements with Product Managers
Strategizing to optimize business and results

Their goal is not to hire just anyone – they’re looking for top-tier engineers capable of leading all the front-end topics within their team.

Tech stack: Typescript, React, Mobx, Python, Rust

Expectations:

Minimum 6/7 years experience in React / Typescript
Backend knowledge (Python / Rust / Node)
Product/results orientation
Knowledge of MOBX
Day-to-day use of AI

Attractive working conditions:

Base salary up to €100K
Extremely favorable Stock Options (I’ll explain more during our conversation)
Full remote available anywhere in Europe (with one Thursday a month in person)
