Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled CISO who can effectively navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and lead significant transformation efforts.

If you are a trilingual leader poised to make a significant impact in cybersecurity management, this opportunity is tailored for you.

You lead and manage one or more teams within the CISO office.
You ensure operational excellence and effective resource & capacity management.
You deliver key initiatives related to cybersecurity, resilience, and risk mitigation.
You drive tooling assessments, RFP processes, and capability uplift programs.
You oversee end-to-end project management from concept through execution to reporting.
You operate autonomously in a complex stakeholder landscape.
You support compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2 and related standards.

What are we looking for?

You hold a Bachelor's Degree.
You have a minimum of 20 years of experience in program/project and team leadership within large complex environments.
You possess expertise in ITIL v2/v3, CMMI, PM frameworks, ISO/IEC 27001/27007.
You have a strong understanding of NIS2 and AI Act.
You are an effective communicator.
You are adaptable and capable of managing change at scale.
You demonstrate a capability to develop and mentor multicultural teams.
You have proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
You are proficient in English, French, and Dutch (native in either French or Dutch).
