Senior FS Engineer (Backend heavy) - Hybrid role in Williamsburg NYC.

We're searching for a Sr FS Engineer with a strong backend focus for a Williamsburg based start-up. After recently securing a large scale seed round they are growing their founding engineering team to build AI Agents from 0-1. (Engineering team is already 5).

We're looking for fast-moving, high-ownership builders who work openly and deliver end-to-end. They're looking for someone who will transition into a lead position as they move towards Series A.

Tech Stack: Node, React, AWS, Docker/K8s

Your role:

Design, build, and scale core platform features across front-end and back-end
Integrate AI/LLM-powered services and APIs into the platform
Own and manage our AWS infrastructure (networking, containers, databases, monitoring)
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team
Help shape our engineering culture, practices, and processes
Up to $200k + equity
Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
