Job Purpose

Senior QA Engineer is responsible for coordination and monitoring of the Quality Assurance Program on the project(s) according to established JESA Quality System, procedures and approved Project Quality Plan.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

Work with QA Manager for set up of Project Quality Plan (PQP) as part of PEP in line with JESA QMS and Client's Quality requirements.
Prepare the planning of Quality Assurance activities such as Project Quality Audits, Client Surveys, Pass gates..etc
Facilitate project or project phase initiation activities as per JESA Procedures.
Support and coordinate Lessons learned and Risk Management Workshops, and monitor effectiveness of actions as required
Conduct Regular spot Quality checks of Quality processes and deliverables to ensure conformance to requirements
Conduct analysis of Quality issues, work closely with QA Manager and Project team for definition of preventive/corrective actions and ensure are addressed in timely manner
Monitor / analyze Key Quality Performance Indicator (KPIs), prepare and communicate project QA Dashboard to project Management.
Prepare Quality inputs and participate in Project Reviews (OPRs), and Project Reviews with Client.
Track the implementation of Project close-out activities as per JESA Procedures
Ensure that all QA records are maintained on the Project.

Engineering School (Bac +5)
Curricula: Engineering, Sciences
