The role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Integration Developer to join our Engine Room, the team responsible for integrations, template development, and technical accelerators within the Professional Services organisation.
Professional Services drives customer onboarding, solution configuration, integrations, and the deployment of our DAM and Brand Management solutions into our customers’ digital ecosystems.
The PS department is composed of three teams:
Solution Enablement — product configuration, metadata & taxonomy, SSO, environments
Engine Room — integration developers & template developers
Project Management — governance, planning, and delivery leadership
As part of the Engine Room, you will work across several of the group’s strategic products:
DAM (Keepeek / Place)
Brand Management portal (Point)
User-facing content portals (Refront, Peek)
Produce — our templating engine enabling automated on-brand content creation
This position is based in Rennes.
Your missions
Back-End Development
Build and maintain Java modules for our back-office (Java 21, Spring, SQL)
Review functional specifications and collaborate with QA on test scenarios
Work on SSO integrations and authentication mechanisms
Front-End Development
Develop and integrate React / Angular / TypeScript front-end features across Refront, Point, and Produce
Contribute to technical design and UX/UI consistency
Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and best practices
Integrations & Template Engineering
Implement scripts, webhooks, and connectors used in customer integrations
Support Produce template development (training and progressive contribution expected)
Contribute to cross-product harmonisation and reusable accelerators
Methodology & Collaboration
Work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Solution Specialists, and Designers
Contribute to shared standards, documentation, and technical foundations across the group
Participate in our delivery rhythm (Kanban, Definition of Ready/Done, flow optimisation)
CI/CD & DevOps
Build and maintain Docker images
Configure Jenkins jobs
Automate repetitive tasks through scripts to reduce manual operations
Collaborate with our Ops team to streamline deployments

You will have weekly 1:1 sessions with your manager to support your growth, and remote work is widely accepted. If you live within 2 hours of Rennes, we will work with you to find the right balance.
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (BSc or MSc)
At least 2 years of professional experience in Java/Javascript development
Strong motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn both integrations and templating
Ability to take initiative and contribute ideas to improve processes and technical foundations
Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory, as you will collaborate with international teams
Technical skills
Required
Solid front-end foundations: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong knowledge of React and/or Angular, plus TypeScript
Good understanding of UX, accessibility, and performance optimisation
Experience with unit testing
Nice to have
SSR, Keycloak, AWS / MariaDB
Experience with templating engines or content automation
Interest in CI/CD and automation
