About the Role

Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team on-site at the Isle of Grain. This role is essential for supporting project delivery by developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are achieved. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

As a Project Planner, you will play a key role in planning and monitoring project progress. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitoring progress, identifying risks or delays, and recommending corrective actions.
Preparing and distributing regular status reports and dashboards.
Facilitating planning meetings and ensuring clear communication across teams.

What We're Looking For

You’ll need demonstrable experience in project planning or scheduling, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and strong analytical and organisational skills. Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
