Freelance AI & Data Science Coach (EN) - Located in Belgium

BeCode trains tomorrow’s digital talents through inclusive, job-focused tech bootcamps. We are looking for a full-time freelance AI & Data Science Trainer/Coach to guide a group of learners toward their first career in the data field.

Your Role

As a coach, you will lead and support an AI/Data promotion by:

Designing and delivering hands-on challenges, workshops, and learning activities based on active pedagogy.
Facilitating daily rituals (workshops, standups, watches, etc.).
Providing technical guidance and helping learners overcome difficulties.
Conducting code reviews and assessing progress.
Building a collaborative, supportive group dynamic.
Encouraging participation in hackathons, meetups, and external projects.
Contributing to BeCode’s pedagogical development and supporting internal & B2B training projects.

Your Profile

Practical experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analysis and/or Data Engineering.
Strong skills in Python and shell scripting.
Expertise in at least one of the following:
Machine Learning / Deep Learning (incl. NLP or Computer Vision)
Data Engineering (Databases, ETL, Spark, Airflow)
Data Analysis (data cleaning, visualization, BI tools such as PowerBI/Tableau)
Generative AI (LLMs, RAGs)
Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
Passion for learning, teaching, and sharing knowledge.
Comfortable working in English (French is a plus).
Able to travel between our campuses when needed.
