Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net-based and Java-based architectures and a proven track record of leading technical teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Architectural Design & Strategy:
Define scalable, secure .Net-based architectures.
Ensure high performance, modularity, and cloud-native solutions.
Align architectural strategies with business objectives.
Technical Leadership & Development:
Mentor and guide developers.
Enforce coding standards and best practices.
Drive innovation and adoption of .Net & Java frameworks.
Review and ensure code quality.
System Integration & Performance Optimization:
Design and implement APIs for seamless integrations.
Optimize system performance and enhance security.
Improve scalability and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to provide architectural guidance.
Facilitate teamwork and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Risk Management & Troubleshooting:
Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Resolve technical challenges and ensure system security.
Enhance system reliability and maintain seamless operations.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and architecture.
Proven experience in designing and implementing .Net and Java-based architectures.
Strong background in microservices and cloud-native solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in .Net and related frameworks.
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Expertise in API development (REST, GraphQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong background in .NET framework, with a preference for candidates who also have Java experience.
Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
