About the Role

We are seeking an Application Developer / Analyst with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our team in New York City. This role is ideal for a motivated developer with strong technical expertise in C# and Python, a background in financial services, and excellent communication skills. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, leveraging object-oriented programming principles to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and Python
Apply object-oriented programming and design best practices
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
Ensure code quality through testing and documentation
Work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite in NYC and remote)

Qualifications

1–3 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in C#; working knowledge of Python
Experience in financial services or related industry preferred
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High energy, proactive, and collaborative personality

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $110,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
Full-time, direct hire opportunity
Hybrid work model in New York City
The client will not provide sponsorship. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without any form of sponsorship, now or in the future. CTC/CTH is not an option, as this is a full-time direct hire opportunity.
