IT Administrator – Edinburgh – £24,000 to £33,000 DOE

We’re working with a well-established SaaS provider in the logistics sector, currently seeking a proactive IT Administrator to join their growing team in Edinburgh.

This newly created role offers the chance to make a real impact by improving internal IT operations and strengthening security across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for technical support, hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and network optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

First-line support for internal IT issues
Hardware/software setup and maintenance
Network management and security monitoring
User account and access control
Process improvement and documentation

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with Microsoft and/or Google admin tools
Familiarity with Jira and SQL/data analysis
Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset
