LYRA Modest is entering a bold new era. We’re looking for a Creative Director who can redefine how modest fashion is expressed - someone who isn’t afraid to push boundaries, challenge traditional storytelling, and build a fresh creative language for the brand.

You will shape LYRA’s visual identity, lead all creative projects, and drive forward-thinking content and campaigns that feel modern, elevated, and culturally relevant. This role is for a visionary creator who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead LYRA’s creative vision and develop innovative creative strategies.

Direct boundary-pushing campaigns, shoots, and brand moments.

Oversee all content creation across social, video, editorial etc.

Elevate brand identity and rebuild brand equity through fresh, original storytelling.

Provide strong art direction and guide the overall visual language of the brand.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative with business goals.

Manage and mentor creatives, freelancers, and external partners.

Contribute to graphic design, concept development, and creative execution when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy.

Strong skills in Branding, Art Direction, and Graphic Design.

Demonstrated leadership experience within creative teams or agencies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of fashion - modestwear experience is an advantage.

A boundary-pushing portfolio showcasing fresh ideas, bold storytelling, and innovative campaigns.

This is a contract role and is based on-site at our HQ in Acton, West London.
