Job Specifications
DMVTEK is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect for a full-time role supporting a major federal program. This position is remote, with preference for candidates in the DMV area or East Coast (EST). U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust are required.
Key Requirements
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust (preference for those with an existing clearance)
12+ years of IT experience
8+ years of Salesforce Lightning development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Process Builder, App Builder)
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect
5+ years of Service Cloud implementation (Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Case Management)
Experience with GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and standard development practices
Strong background in system integration, ICD design, Agile/Scrum
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead solution design and collaborate with technical teams
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the Salesforce platform including complex configuration, customization, and 3rd-party integrations
Lead solution architecture, application design, and end-to-end implementation
Participate in configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation efforts
Develop and execute testing, training, and user support documentation
Analyze system requirements, data flows, and alternative solution approaches
Provide operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes based on best practices
Maintain SOP compliance and keep ticketing systems updated (events, incidents, requests, changes, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement for design standards, support processes, and development practices
Provide end-user troubleshooting, technical assistance, and platform guidance
Collaborate with development leads and conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with architecture
Perform research and independently resolve complex technical issues
