Hiring for Full-Stack (Back-end lean) Software Engineers from entry level to 6+ YOE to join us and play a key role in shaping the technology that supports our AI-driven medical review platform.

Overview

We're looking for Full-Stack (Back-end lean) Software Engineers to join us and play a key role in shaping the technology that supports our AI-driven medical review platform. You will be passionate about building and scaling core systems to improve patient care across the U.S. and thrive in a high-velocity startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design and build systems end-to-end, touching everything from data pipelines to user interfaces
Work closely with Product to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Deliver high-quality features quickly through strong execution, collaboration, and adaptability
Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where your ideas directly impact how care is delivered
[If Senior] Mentor and level up our junior engineering team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge

You will have:

Worked in the early to growth stages of a high-velocity startup
Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure
Background in the healthcare or life sciences industry desired

What We're Looking For:

6+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with focus on Python, TypeScript, and AWS
Driven initiatives to tricky problems at a startup.
Scaled a company from Series A to Series C or later.
Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.
Familiarity with ML and NLP concepts.
Strong communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
