About the Role
Axient Labs is offering unpaid technical internships for students or early-career individuals who want hands-on experience building AI agents, prototypes, automations, and early product features.
This internship is for educational and professional development only and does not replace work done by paid employees.
Responsibilities
Assist with AI agent prototyping and automation workflows
Support backend/API integration tasks
Research tools, frameworks, and emerging AI technologies
Help build and test internal tools, datasets, and pipelines
Collaborate with the founding team on product features
Requirements
Interest in AI, engineering, data, or automation
Basic familiarity with Python, APIs, or AI frameworks
Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
Ability to sign and comply with a confidential NDA

Axient Labs is hiring Business Interns to support operations, growth, strategy, marketing, and customer discovery. This is an unpaid internship designed for professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
Support customer discovery interviews and business development
Assist with GTM strategy, marketing content, and social media
Help prepare presentations, internal documents, and strategy briefs
Work cross-functionally with technical teams
Requirements
Interest in startups, business, strategy, or AI
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Must sign an NDA prior to beginning any work
