Role description:

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Software Engineering Intern at Lillup. As part of the engineering team, you will work on core aspects of our platform, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of innovative solutions that power our AI-driven, blockchain-enabled ecosystem. This role provides an opportunity to engage with state-of-the-art technologies, including speech-to-text, voice-to-voice, and embedded systems integrations, and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the design, implementation, and optimization of Lillup's embedded systems, AI-powered functionalities, and speech-to-text/text-to-voice/voice-to-voice technologies.
Work on projects involving telemetry integration, real-time monitoring, system scalability, and multi-modal interactions.
Develop and test software solutions for our iOS and Android apps, web platforms, backend systems, and edge computing applications.
Integrate speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies into Lillup's AI-driven platform.
Ensure compliance with privacy standards, data encryption, and security best practices.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate system performance, reliability, and accessibility.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or C++).
Experience with software development tools and frameworks, such as React, Node.js, or Django.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Cloudflare Workers) and/or blockchain technologies is a plus.
Understanding of embedded systems, voice-based interfaces, and multi-modal interactions.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
A degree or ongoing study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Experience with API integrations and modular architecture development.
Understanding of telemetry, data encryption, and device compliance.
Familiarity with real-time data processing, automation tools, and speech-based AI.
Experience with voice-to-voice and speech-to-text technology integrations.
