The Role

This is a hands-on graduate opportunity that combines UX/UI design with exposure to product ownership. You’ll play a key role in enhancing user experiences across our platforms, improving interface design, and collaborating directly with developers and leadership to deliver meaningful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces across multiple digital platforms.
Gather feedback from teams and users to iterate and refine designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of features.
Support product roadmaps and contribute to prioritisation discussions.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (1st or strong 2:1).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
A genuine interest in digital products, AI tools, and user-centred design.
