An early-stage, AI Fintech Startup is building an intelligence platform for large asset managers.

The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Engineering to lead and scale our AI, full-stack, and data teams. You’ll be one of the first senior leadership hires, shaping the company’s technical direction, delivery quality, and team culture.

This is a hybrid role in New York (4 days in office) with high ownership and direct impact on both customers and company growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow engineering teams
Set technical standards and best practices
Oversee architecture and system design
Ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery
Build scalable, reusable frameworks
Improve development processes end to end

Who You Are

10+ years of software development experience
5+ years leading engineering teams or pods
Strong technical depth across backend or full stack
Experience delivering complex, customer-facing projects
Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments

Compensation

Up to $200,000 + large equity component
