Role:Engagement Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days)

Contract Length: 12‑months

My client, a global technology leader, is seeking an Engagement Manager for a key non‑sales, customer‑facing role. You will deliver complex technical advertising solutions, managing end‑to‑end service delivery and bridging communication between customers, Sales teams, and technical/support/engineering groups.

Responsibilities

Act as the interface between Sales, customers, and technical services (engineering, product, support, operations)
Manage project/program delivery with rigor, structure, and stakeholder satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies, resolve issues, and secure buy‑in
Troubleshoot technical advertising solutions and direct topics to the right teams
Contribute to solution strategy, scoping, and development across multiple business areas
Support process improvement, documentation, and repeatable solution development

Key Candidate Requirements

Project/Program Management: Strong organizational and delivery skills
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage diverse communication styles and objectives
Technical Affinity: Comfortable discussing AI, ad serving, and data feeds
Digital Media/AdTech Experience: Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
Consultancy Background: Strategy consulting experience from top‑tier firms is highly valued
Languages: English mandatory; French a plus

Experience

Minimum 5+ years relevant experience (Media/Tech preferred; Consulting considered)
