AI Engineer – Intelligent QA Automation

1-year contract

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

About the Role

Are you passionate about AI and automation? Join an innovative QA team to design a web-based AI agent that transforms how quality assurance is done. In this role, you’ll develop an intelligent system that absorbs internal Test Policies, interprets Release Notes, and automatically generates clear, actionable Test Guides for QA teams. By automating the publication of these guides to an internal platform, you’ll turn a traditionally manual, coordination-heavy process into an efficient, AI-powered workflow.

What You’ll Do

Build an AI system capable of understanding QA policies and release updates.
Develop tools that generate and automatically distribute test guides to the QA team.
Design a user-friendly interface for QA experts to review and leverage these guides.
Collaborate closely with QA professionals to ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and valuable.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong software development experience, particularly in Python.
Experience building applications with large language model APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
A problem-solving mindset and a drive to automate complex workflows.
