The Mission: Build the foundational infrastructure and intelligent systems that will power everything from investment workflows to internal operations, partnering directly with senior leadership and domain experts across the firm.

What You’ll Do
Build ML and intelligent systems that enhance decision-making and optimize internal workflows
Design foundational infrastructure and tooling for scalable AI/ML deployment
Develop search systems using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLMs
Deploy real-world solutions using large language models and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Collaborate with data and investment teams to identify high-value opportunities
Drive AI adoption firm-wide, reducing vendor dependencies and enabling self-service
Evangelize AI internally—building awareness, excitement, and engagement across teams
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong ML focus
Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master’s in AI preferred)
Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and cloud ML deployment
Hands-on experience with LLM pipelines, RAG, and NLP or CV model development
Strong product thinking and ability to align tech with commercial goals
Exceptional communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, builder mindset—comfortable in greenfield environments
