The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects within the nuclear industry. You’ll drive end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with high quality. You’ll collaborate with our Strategy, Product Development and Operations teams including product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, software developers, testers, change management practitioners and client stakeholders to translate requirements into clear delivery plans and ensure our teams are aligned and supported throughout the development lifecycle. In some cases, we also support the implementation of off-the-shelf solutions, serving as the bridge between utilities and vendor partners.
Salary Range: $130-150k (Exact compensation may vary).
What You’ll Drive
Project management of technical scopes related to software delivery projects, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality expectations.
Manage internal teams and subcontractors (if applicable), coordinating resources, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across engineering, product, and vendor partners.
Develop, track, and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts using modern project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
Proactively identify and manage project risks, analyze solutions, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation plans.
Act as the primary communication interface between internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners, providing clear project reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote an AI-first mindset by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, data insights, and AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency, decision-making, and client outcomes.
Foster a collaborative team environment by providing coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing support, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and accountable to delivery outcomes.
