To support this growth, Harrison Clarke are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our impactful Commercial Team who are building the next generation of billion-dollar startups.

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll leverage your deep industry expertise to partner with founders and senior technical leaders; acting as the API between our customers and the internal Research Team.

What You’ll Own

Client Relationship Leadership: Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of high-growth technology clients. Build deep, long-term partnerships rooted in trust, expertise, and consistent delivery.
End-to-End Account Success: Oversee the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You’ll ensure clients receive a consistently excellent experience across search kickoff, candidate presentation, interview process management, offer negotiation, and post-placement support.
Strategic Talent Advisory: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and leadership teams. Advise on market trends, compensation strategy, technical role calibration, and hiring process optimization.
Operational Excellence & Process Ownership: Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that elevate the client experience. Anticipate bottlenecks, remove friction, and continuously iterate to improve speed, transparency, and quality across all engagements.
Sourcing & Pipeline Insight: Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on role requirements, sourcing strategy, and candidate quality standards. Translate client needs into actionable recruiting priorities and ensure alignment at every stage.
Client Pipeline Meetings: Lead weekly or bi-weekly pipeline meetings with client recruiting and engineering leadership teams. Provide structured updates, discuss challenges, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure alignment between hiring strategy and market realities.

Who You Are

Experienced Talent Partner: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, client success, or account management experience, ideally within technical recruiting or high-growth technology environments.
Relationship-Driven & Client-Obsessed: You excel at building long-term client partnerships, understanding underlying needs, and proactively delivering value without being asked.
Proven Closer: You have a track record of influencing outcomes, managing complex negotiations, and driving successful senior-level placements or enterprise relationships in competitive markets.
High Technical Bar: You understand modern engineering environments (Cloud, SRE, DevOps, Platform, Data, ML) well enough to translate client needs into actionable recruiting strategies.
Autonomous & Decisive Operator: You thrive with autonomy, make thoughtful trade-offs quickly, and drive initiatives forward without needing step-by-step direction.
Process-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You bring structure, clarity, and consistency to every client interaction. You’re able to build repeatable processes that scale with the business.
Intellectually Curious: You enjoy learning new technologies, staying up to date on industry trends, and engaging with engineering leaders in credible, informed conversations.
