We're a tech-oriented PropTech company in early growth, with paying clients and a clear market fit. Our founding team brings together expertise in media production, technology, and operations, creating a strong base to scale from.

Now, we’re seeking a co-founder to lead sales and growth across Europe and beyond.

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing lead, you'll be the driving force behind AMB's expansion, responsible for both strategy and execution. You'll work closely with the founding team to define how Agent Media Box reaches, engages, and converts real estate professionals across Europe.

Your mission is to transform early traction into sustained momentum, creating the structure, tools, and messaging that turn inbound interest and outbound outreach into measurable revenue. You'll have full autonomy to experiment, learn, and adapt, shaping AMB's commercial engine while having a direct voice in strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and implementing a sales engine capable of bringing hundreds of new clients within the next 12 months.
Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B digital services targeting real estate agents and agencies.
Managing direct sales: prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and pipeline management.
Setting up and optimizing CRM systems, funnels, and marketing automations with support from other co-founders.
Crafting messaging and outreach campaigns to boost brand positioning and conversion rates.
Building and leading AMB's Sales & Marketing department, defining the structure, processes, and future roles.
Working closely with the founding team to shape AMB's growth strategy and business development roadmap.

Who You Are

A sales-driven entrepreneur with a passion for building from the ground up.
Proven experience in digital sales, marketing, or growth, ideally in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, or PropTech.
Hands-on experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and sales funnel creation.
Strategic understanding of go-to-market planning, client acquisition, and brand positioning.
You think like a founder: proactive, resourceful, and focused on long-term value creation.
Comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a strong plus.
