Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect (ITSM)

12-Month Remote Contract

CDW direct contract position

CDW is seeking a self-directed Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM to provide high-level technical governance, architectural oversight, and strategic platform guidance across engagements. Unlike a traditional Solutions Architect—who owns day-to-day solution design and delivery—the Technical Architect focuses on platform strategy, design assurance, best-practice alignment, and enablement.

In this role, you will primarily act as a reviewer, mentor, and technical authority, stepping into delivery only for escalations or when deeper architectural leadership is required. CIS-ITSM certification is required, and CTA is highly desired. This contract offers the chance to influence large-scale initiatives, ensure architectural consistency, and elevate solution quality across teams.
