Job Specifications

Role Is (Senior ServiceNow Developer – Service Portal Expert)

This is a Senior ServiceNow Developer position focused heavily on:

1. Building Service Portal from Scratch (Most Important)

The consultant must be able to:

Design Service Portal UI/UX
Build custom widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Create pages, themes, and portals
Implement client scripts, server scripts, and Glide APIs
Connect the portal with backend tables, catalog items, workflows
Do full end-to-end implementation (not just modify existing portals)

This is the core of the job.

2. ServiceNow Integrations

The consultant must have strong experience with:

REST / SOAP integrations
MID Server integrations
OAuth, API keys
Inbound/Outbound integration flows
JSON/XML handling
Third-party system data exchange

3. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

The role requires a ServiceNow CAD certification, proving:

Ability to build scoped apps
Strong scripting knowledge
Table/schema design
UI policies, business rules, ACLs, Flow Designer
