We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team, with a special focus on AI-driven product innovation. In this role, you will shape how AI transforms the employee experience — from streamlining workflows to unlocking growth and learning opportunities. You will also play a critical role in influencing and inspiring colleagues and stakeholders to think and work with AI, embedding it into both our product and our ways of working.

Set and design the vision and strategy for how we create the best impact for our user and business. You identify opportunities where AI can enhance communication, HR services, operational efficiency or integrations, and turn them into intuitive, human-centered product solutions.
Champion AI adoption by inspiring and influencing colleagues and stakeholders to integrate AI into their thinking, workflows and decision making with your most recent insights.
Design end-to-end experience by leading the full design process from discovery to delivery, crafting AI-powered solutions that simplify work and elevate the employee experience whilst ensuring solutions are relevant, accessible, and impactful.
Deeply understand your users by user research and spending time with employees, managers and admins to uncover pain points and discover opportunities.
Facilitate alignment by running workshops, presenting design concepts, and build consensus around AI opportunities and design directions.
Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to balance user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility and collaborate across departments for the best outcome.
Elevate design maturity by contributing to design consistency, coherence, and craft across the platform, raising the bar for product experience.
*Skills*
Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role, with strong end-to-end UX and UI skills.
Demonstrated expertise in AI applications in product design (e.g., generative AI, automation, personalization, intelligent workflows).
