Based in San Francisco, we're an early-stage startup using advanced AI agents to meaningfully speed up clinical research. Our technology engages directly with patients — guiding them through qualification, enrollment, and long-term participation — helping research teams eliminate enormous operational waste and address one of the biggest chokepoints in drug development.

After bootstrapping our way to several major enterprise wins, we closed a multi-million dollar seed round backed by well-known investors. We’re now assembling a small, exceptional engineering team to take the platform to the next level.

What We’ve Already Built

Our AI agents currently manage 100K+ patient interactions each month, including:

Guiding people to appropriate studies based on clinical criteria
Collecting and verifying required study information on an ongoing basis
Offering round-the-clock support to reduce participant drop-off
Continuously adapting based on real-world trial outcomes

We spent months working inside research sites to understand the day-to-day reality of the problem, and that groundwork has helped us expand quickly across the clinical research ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Building

Systems that coordinate a large network of AI agents across hundreds of concurrent studies
Machine learning models that match patients to trials based on real clinical outcomes
Multi-channel communication layers (voice, SMS, email) powered by LLMs
Integrations with older healthcare systems that lack modern APIs
