Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior Web Content Publisher and offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in digital content management and site optimization. The position involves straightforward publishing tasks, maintaining web assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality, accessibility, and performance—all within a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to professional growth.

Responsibilities

Publish and update digital content using Contentful, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage and organize digital assets within Bynder for seamless access and retrieval.
Enhance website search functionalities utilizing Algolia to improve user experience.
Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, product, and development teams on content projects.
Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve content issues.
Monitor content performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize impact.
Maintain compliance with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.

Desired Skill-Set

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-2 years of web content management experience, specifically with Contentful or similar CMS platforms.
Proficiency in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Bilingual in English and French (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have

Experience with additional CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM or OpenText WEM.
Basic graphic design skills and understanding of SEO best practices.
