We’re looking for a Full Stack Python / Azure Developer to join a small, agile team building cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop advanced Python and SQL applications that help healthcare providers make data-driven decisions and improve patient outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy—owning projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to delivering production-ready solutions. Your work will combine innovation, large-scale data analysis, and modern cloud technologies in an Azure environment.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate directly with healthcare professionals to understand user needs and translate them into functional, data-driven solutions
Design, architect, and implement full stack applications using Python and SQL
Build and enhance web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, Angular, or React
Develop within a cloud environment (Azure)
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve systems using AI and modern DevOps tools
Take ownership of projects from design through deployment

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required (Mathematics or related field preferred)
12+ years of development experience
Proven experience in full stack Python web development
Strong SQL skills – queries, data manipulation, and performance tuning
Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure API, serverless compute, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment
