What You'll Do
Build Predictive Solutions
Work with ERP data feeds (Custom, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc) to extract insights and build predictive models
Develop and deploy predictive models for key business metrics (labour forecasting, inventory optimisation, demand planning, operational efficiency)
Design end-to-end ML pipelines from data exploration through production deployment
Create automated, scalable solutions using cloud ML platforms (Azure ML or AWS SageMaker)
Achieve and maintain high model accuracy while ensuring business interpretability
Translate Insights into Action
Design and build interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana) that make complex analytics accessible to business stakeholders
Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and design data-driven solutions
Turn model predictions into actionable business tools (optimisation engines, recommendation systems, early warning indicators)
Drive Technical Excellence
Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement
Work with large-scale datasets, applying appropriate feature engineering and data cleaning techniques
Explore and implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP, sentiment analysis, and customer analytics
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
3+ years of hands-on data science experience in business environments
Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise data feeds (Custom, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) - POS, BOH, Product Master Data and Product Hierarchies
Proven track record of building predictive models that drove measurable business impact
Strong experience with Python data science stack (PyTorch, Pandas, etc.)
Expertise in cloud-based ML platforms (Azure ML strongly preferred)
Experience building production dashboards (Tableau, Grafana, Power BI, or similar)
Solid understanding of SQL and working with large, complex enterprise datasets
Track record of presenting technical work to non-technical stakeholders
